Our school follows the British curriculum and the Italian National one. In addition. we apply an educational method called ICE ® (Infinite Child Evolution) specific and exclusive for generations of digital natives. Below you will find information on how to start courses based on the ICE® methodology in other schools.
PREMISE
The transfer of the ICE2 teaching methodology foresees an assistance and support activity aimed at full and correct implementation towards the client schools. (or the school clients?)
The articulation of the support services package offered to client schools is based on the following assumptions:
– Little Genius International carries out a preliminary assessment of the potential clients’ schools to verify the existence of the basic conditions to successfully start, and reciprocally satisfy, the transfer of know-how from Little Genius to the client school. LGI is interested in a targeted and quality dissemination of its ICE methodology in similar and compatible structures, capable of guaranteeing a faithful replication and development cues, believing that only a quality implementation gives value to the brand and method.
– The teaching staff of the client schools, as well as the management and coordination figures, possess a series of basic didactic knowledge and skills – which are therefore taken for granted – on which the innovations foreseen by the ICE methodology are grafted. The ICE2 methodology does not teach to teach, but offers precise indications to do it in a more effective, modern and engaging way.
– Each school has its own imprint, its recognisability, the result of its history, of the people who work there and its geographical location, which must be preserved and valued. ICE2 allows you to make it more engaging and current by harmonizing within different contexts. The ICE2 teaching methodology is not a “primary school franchise” and does not require the approval of client schools, but must fit harmoniously into the different school contexts.
SERVICES OFFERED BY LGI
Consistent with the assumptions highlighted ahead, the support that LGI offers to schools in the introduction and application of the ICE2 methodology is divided into 2 “service packages” with increasing intensity, all united by the intent to promote an effective introduction of the ICE2 methodology in the respect for the reference school context.
LGI also offers schools the opportunity to purchase additional individual services, to modulate the assistance of LGI based on specific needs.

TRAINING SESSION OF PRE-START TEACHING ACTIVITIES

- Analyze the structure and contents of the ICE educational program and support for personalization by the school

- Teaching staff intended for the LGI classes
Mode:
- Frontal lessons
- Simulations in the classroom: coaching of teachers during test lessons, alternatively simulations of lessons
Duration:
40 hours of lessons held by LGI experts

- Promote the correct implementation of the ICE methodology
- Correct any weaknesses found in the management of teaching according to the new methodology
