Ruhma founded Little Genius School in 2006. She graduated at the third level in Childcare and Education in London and she has a degree in Development Economics at the School of Oriental and African Studies at the University of London. Futhermore, she has a specialisation in Sustainable Development. She also attended the Master Sociology Health and Healthcare in social medicine with thesis in social implications of breastfeeding in the modern age (University College London Medical School, United Kingdom). She has always been passionate about issues related to the defense of human rights, that’s the reason why she attended a training course, from 1996 to 1998, in London on the subject of child protection. From 2000 to 2003 she has been technical writer for the United Nations agency of Rome in the departments of Sustainable Development, Women and Nutrition.
Ruhma’s greatest passions remain human rights, animals and the environment.
Languages: English, Italian and Urdu, she got a First aid certificate and a fire-fighting certificate too.
Christian has a bachelor’s degree in Political Studies & Indology at the School of Oriental and African Studies, in England. He attended two Masters, the first is in Mediterranean Studies, at the King’s College University of London, England, and the second in Interdisciplinary studies in Models of Complexity at the MIUR-Mediterranean Laboratory Foundation.
He is Temporary Manager and Visionary Maker, an entrepreneur and an expert senior of innovation, e-government and e-business.
He is author of numerous publications including "L’Innovazione Integrata" Ed. Maggioli and a blogger on www.pionero.it.
Following his passion, he is also the author of methodologies (deposited and protected by copyright) for the decoding of complex organizational systems; Christian is, moreover, a passionate supporter of organizational efficiency and of the optimal use of technologies for the improvement of social and professional life. He loves and appreciates history, languages, oriental and Mediterranean cultures, that’s why he studies social, spiritual and civil organizations, postmodernism and meridionalism.

Roberto Coccia (1976), graduated in 2000 in Economics and Business ("Federico II" University of Naples) and in 2004 he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Auditor. Since 2007 he is a lead auditor for Quality management systems (ISO 9001) and in 2015 he graduated in Languages (University "Suor Orsola Benincasa" of Naples). From 2000 to 2005 he was employed as a senior auditor for companies and groups in the medium and large industrial sector by Price-Waterhouse-Coopers. From 2005 to 2007 he was employed as a Corporate Internal Audit Manager at Coca-Cola HBC being responsible for the adequacy of internal control procedures in various countries and regions including Nigeria, European Russia, Siberia-Urals-Russia, Asia, Poland, Lithuania-Latvia - Estonia, Switzerland, Italy, Greece, Romania and Moldova. Since 2007 he is a member of Studio Coccia & Associati as: Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors, Statutory Auditor, Statutory Auditor of leading companies in the maritime-shipowning, logistic, iron and steel, manufacturing, services sectors; Member of the Board of Directors of companies operating in the sectors of education, insurance brokerage and services; Supervisory Body Legislative Decree 231/01 and consultant in the matter for companies in the hospital-pharmaceutical, manufacturing, recreational-cultural, services sectors; Quality Manager for service companies.
